Romance, ruffles and….Noémie Lenoir; the stunning, delicate face of Marks and Spencer’s comeback underwear campaigns has now collaborated with Deby Debo, a budding French boutique with a pretty and feminine style emerging soon in the UK.

Inspired by the huge 70s trend of SS2011 the Noémie Lenoir loves Deby Debo collection captures a hint of bohemian in the range of dresses, tunics, tops and shorts. Both versatile and wearable, you can pick up a piece of designer from between 50 to 150Euros.

The “Palacios” bustier dress complete with ruffles and the prima ballerina pose that prevails in the beautiful lookbook is reminiscent of Natalie Portman’s stunning bustier dresses in The Black Swan; not to mention the “Prima” maxi dress which beholds this season’s penchant for sheer, chiffon fabric and the maxi trend all in one elegant piece.

The Lurex “Radius” tunic is the epitome of 70s glamour, in both green and gold it’s a must-have, teamed with metallic shoes or sandals for day or night. Along with the freshly feminine “Georgette” dress, my favourite is the Ralph Lauren SS2011 influenced “Friction” dress. With a hint of prairie style that always creeps into Ralph Lauren’s summer collections the slightly scalloped, wistfully white, tightened à la taille “Friction” dress is the perfect summer purchase to take centre stage in your wardrobe. Versatile, it can be worn day or night and its simple prettiness makes it easy to wear and accessorise.

Aside from Noémie Lenoir loves Deby Debo, Deby Debo itself showcases an equally impressive Spring/Summer collection. Spitting image of Givenchy’s leopard print maxi dress teamed with a leather gilet, the “Primitive” maxi dress is another key piece for a straight-off-the-catwalk look at a touch of the price.

You won’t make it through SS2011 without a jumpsuit so following the King of the 70s jumpsuit, Paul&Joe, Deby Debo’s aptly named “Jump” jumpsuit is well-cut and slightly elasticised at the waist making a difficult piece easier to wear. Best in coral red, the light silk material yet again captures the satin and sheer trend perfectly.

Although Deby Debo is not yet sold in UK stores it does indeed deliver so treat yourself to a piece of real Parisian chic at http://shop.debydebo.fr/.
