In the first of our Interviews with the winners of the #INTOLook competition we catch up with Anna. Originally from Georgia, Anna is a student at INTO University of Exeter, where she’s studying International Foundation in Humanities. Check out her thought’s on her Style and fashion below:
So Anna, how would you describe your style?
Sense of Style exists in all of us thus, speaking on fashion’s language and expressing yourself with it is one of the perfect way’s of showing your unique traits to the world, but unfortunately not everyone knows how it works. The key is to be your own Fashion Guru. I would say my style is minimalist. I am addicted to black colour and my fashion credo is : ”Less is more” – phrase by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe.
Where do you like to shop?
Due to the fact that I travel a lot, clothes in my wardrobe come from different parts of the world , especially from Milan, Italy.
What’s your favourite item of clothing that you own?
Actually I can not say that I have a particularly lovely thing from my wardrobe, but I am really proud of my hat’s collection.
Who is your greatest style inspiration?
One of the most charismatic figure in Fashion’s History marvellous and incredible, father of Fashion and master of improvisation Yves Saint Laurent is my style inspiration.
”The most Beautiful Clothes that can dress a woman are the arms of the man she loves. But for those who have not had the fortune of finding this happiness, I am there” – Yves Saint Laurent.
Do you have any fashion tips you can share with us?
Everyone creates their own lifestyle where rules are dictated by their individualism, so let it outflow from inside and let it create your own visual style.
