How about Loutique? They sell jewellery and accessories and have loads of hair flowers that I am sooooo into at the moment most are only £2.50. Postage is cheap too only £1 for your first item and 40p for each additional. I bought 3 things and postage was only £1.80.

Also I got a 10% discount using the code WORLDCUP although I’m not sure if that is still valid. x

My first order arrived late, but the headband was lovely and worth waiting for. I decided to order from them again. This time my order never came, it was for a wedding that came and went. I emailed to chase up the order (that I had already been charged for) and got no reply. I emailed again, a week later, only to receive a very rude response. I was accused of giving the wrong address, they implied someone must have intercepted my post, no apology but was asked if I understood ‘standard business practice’. I work in customer services and would never speak to a paying customer in this manner. Maybe ‘loutique’ should get some standard customer service training. My advice…. Do not order from this company, unless you want to be disappointed. I’m still waiting for a refund, 4 weeks later!!!
