A little leopard print crept into our winter wardrobes and spring/summer has responded giving us full-on jungle fever.
Responding to the 70s trend and penchant for maxi dresses and skirts Givenchy and Just Cavalli went feline, opting for a long leopard print dresses with a tribal hint.
The tribal theme continued with Dior’s exotic feather trimmed sandals that would offset any tribal warrior.
But animal magnetism was strongest at Louis Vuitton. Still encompassing the 70s trend of floating, sheer fabrics and long lines as well as the acid brights that have become the epitome of the spring summer 2011 catwalks, Louis Vuitton brought us a blinding show of crazy zebra prints, heels with beaded fringing and a sequinned Panda tunic. Graphic, colourful and impressive.
Leopard by day, long and flowing and zebra by night, slim fitted and classic.
