Studentfashionheads, gulp, I’m in shock. I just found out Alexander McQueen is dead. For those in the know – he’s absolute fashion genius. Fashion’s Gandhi if you will, and him passing away is sob-inducing for the industry.
A couture McQueen dress was on my top 10 things to possess before I die. Vintage just isn’t the same. This really is a terrible loss of talent and the catwalks won’t be the same without his consistently unique output. A true fashion icon, studentfashionblog salutes you sir, for your heartstopping, dramatically beautiful contributions to fashion. R.I.P
